Got screwed. Thousands of dollars in the whole. Go elsewhere.
Zero stars if possible. Terrible service. They had my car for a month and I was charged $1500 to fix a computer issue that was NOT RESOLVED upon picking up my car, they then told me $300 for an additional computer repair but they couldnt fix it and took it to a dealership to complete repair WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR ASKING PERMISSION and to my surprise that repair cost near a grand and I had to pay it or could not get my car back. I dont know how or why this location is a uhaul dealer. I requested to pick up my rental at 830pm. I arrived to do self check in. Checking in on the app was giving me issues. I had to call the number that showed up 4 different times and with each all made. I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for someone to pick up. When someone was finally able to properly assist me.
