I don’t think they like to sell watches, They refused to tell me what Rolexes they had in stock over the phone. Not good business in the digital age. Why would I drive over an hour to a store without confirmation? They had any product in stock. Refused to take any accountability for poor customer service when replying to my comment, all I asked is what you have available very simple question they refuse to answer.
When you ask if they have something specific over the phone they just say “come to the store” over and over again. Staff was very friendly at the store it just stinks to get there and they have no stock on the item instead of just telling me. Found a nice G-shock as a consolation prize.
These guys are the absolute best! We come here for all of our jewelry needs and they always take care of us! Don’t waste time going anywhere else, only Karats Jewelry!!
Best Customer Service after Sale - Sam and his team are exceptional businessmen, not only did they offer me a great deal, but they also shipped my items to me without cost. Sam then followed up to ensured my items were delivered in a timely manner. This is my forever business for anything gold or jewelry related.
Superior service, professional, and efficient. Had a super tight deadline on my daughter's senior ring. Not only did they have it done sooner than promised, the ring was completed beautifully. Exceptional customer service, definitely will be using them again in the future.
