I enjoyed the staff as they were very helpful. Dr. Karassi is thorough and very kind. He thanked me for bringing my med bottles on my first visit. His nurse called me with the results of my blood tests in a reasonable about of time after. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
He is not a “Doctor “. If he was he wouldn’t quit treating a patient because they missed an appointment. He still charged me a fee for missing the appointment, so I couldn’t understand why he would stop treating me. Then it hit me, he charged me a fee but he couldn’t OVERCHARGE my insurance company when I missed the appointment. Oh and the reason I missed the appointment, I had Covid and barely survived double pneumonia. Really a caring doctor, huh. I thought doctors took an oath to help patients, not run them off. Time management does not seem to be a priority. There are typically long waits after scheduled appointment time. Past few visits have taken 45min to one hour to see doc after scheduled time. Doctor is nice but time is precious.
Great dr. And staff. Has helped me so much.
