This shop replaced my windshield while my car was at Kara's autobody and installed the windsheild on top of the heating unit harness. Causing the element not being able to be plugged in. I found this some time later. They looked at it and accused me of cutting the harness and wouldn't back fixing their installation error.
Have had many cars repaired by Karas Auto Body. Will continue to recommend people use them! Mike does a great job and all work is done in a reasonable amount of time.
Best experience ever! Karas Auto was professional, kind and understanding regarding my Denali. I was very upset about leaving my vehicle; however Kelsie made me feel confident they would treat my car like their own and they did!! What Karas doesn't know about me is I have a serious heart condition and the stress alone dealing with my car could have been much worse for me. RecommendedNeeded some cosmetic things done to the right side of my truck that was defective from the last auto body shop. Everything looks wonderful, and now I have a reputable place that stands behind their work (other shop went out of business right away). Truck looks great, and they even mounted all my fender flares and tinted windows while the truck was already in the shop. Would definitely recommend!

Just picked up my truck. I have to say the work was of high quality. Glad to have my truck back. They had it for about 6 weeks and every week I would call and they would keep me updated on the process. All dents are gone and the paint on the roof looks great. Thank you
After 3 weeks of my car being in the repair shop, I finally have it back! A HUGE shout out to Karas Auto Body for the amazing job you guys did..my Altima looks like it was never hit. Incredible. Also a shout out to Enterprise Rental Car for the 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium edition I had. A very cool car with a million technological features..but not a fuel efficient vehicle. Initially the repair was not completed as expected. Mike contacted me and my husband to discuss our concerns, shortly after that review. Mike took our concerns very seriously, apologized, and asked if we would allow him to make things right. We allowed him to correct the errors and were not disappointed! Mike kept his word and did a phenomenal job on the repairs! Mike is unequivocally an honest man and exceptional business man. Thank you Mike!
