I hired them with the hope of receiving professional, results-driven service — but what I received was broken promises and a lack of follow-through. They made multiple assurances about staging, marketing, and timely communication, many of which were not delivered. Karan stepped us through every part of the buying process with fantastic attention to detail and patience (patience with us and firm pressure on everyone else!).
