It's a small gym open 24 hrs a day. Owner is a sweetheart and the gym has most equipment that you need.

Great gym, phenomenal staff! Everything you need from lifting, cardio, stretching and athletic performance drills.
Now I understand why everyone goes to the Coushatta gym instead of Karam Fitness. I have had trouble with my key more than once and when I reported it to the workers, they refused to take responsibility and I have had to open the door for other members as well because they can't get in either from time to time. Why would you take a second look after meeting the staff, avoid at any cost.
Work out here a couple of times every time I go to my grandparents house and the equipment is great, has helped me get stronger for sports, the weight was great and it was very good that they did not only have machines.
