Charged too many times for service, then charged for service I never received. They accidentally billed us for another patient's treatment! They wanted me to have follow up appointments when it wasn't necessary. (I was just having a routine physical.) When I told the receptionist that I didn't want a follow up appointment, she wouldn't listen to me and just kept asking when the best time for a follow up appointment would be. Excellent Physician Dr. Karam has been my primary care physician for over twenty years. He is a wonderful caring man, calm and thorough. He always asks about my family. He takes care of the whole person. He is a good doctor to follow you if you have longterm chronic conditions. As a regular patient, I am always able to get an appointment within on or two days. Everyone should have a primary care physician and I would recommend him to anyone.
Good Health Care Dr. Michael Karam is an excellent general practitioner. He has been treating patients in the Raleigh area for over 20 years. He is friendly, kind and down to earth. At the same time - he is very open and honest with his patients about their conditions. I highly recommend he and his staff for general care medicane. They also have a nice payment plan availble to folks with no insurance.
