The owner helped me immediately when I came in. She was very kind and helpful. She never rushed me and was very accommodating. It sounds like it just depends on who is working when you go in. They had a great selection of dresses- much better than David's Bridal!
The man completely ignored me when I walked in. Never offered help once until I was walking out the door is when he asked if he could help me. The lady was sitting in a chair on the phone the whole time ranting about someone's wedding that may or may not happen. Extremely unprofessional and not welcoming to a first time customer you lost. Would not go back.
The employees of this store went above and beyond to find me my perfect dress. After trying on dozens of dresses I found the perfect one. They have hundreds of wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses to pick from. The selection is wonderful. They also have beautiful prom dresses for when my daughter goes to prom next year. I would recommend KaraLou's to anyone needing a special occassion dress. They are very funny and honest. Amazing! Jenn
