Male vet missed a tick on our dog yesterday, sent the dog home and now he’s been rushed to the animal hospital.
So caring and friendly to both 4 and 2 legged visitors.
I contacted this clinic privately to share my feedback about the poor experience in having my beloved dog put to sleep in our home. I contacted them via email and phone over 2 weeks ago and still have had no response. I chose this veterinary practice hoping for a peaceful compassionate experience at home. Unfortunately the vet who arrived showed no comforting words or kindness during one of the most emotional moments of my life.
