It is with great disappointment that I am writing this review. After many years of using this veterinary practice for my previous dog, my cat, and now my new puppy, I feel compelled to report what I believe has been a significant decline in both professionalism and customer service. Warning to others, be mindful before being charged for an extended consultation. We have been attending this clinic for the past 3 years, our dogs had blood test, vaccination, check ups, and only have been charged a normal consultation fee. Today we had an appointment booked for a minor skin irritation, we waited for over 45mins to been seen to. When the vet examined our dog, finished the consultation. Was very sad experience as putting my dog to sleep but they where incredible supporting and differently recommended this vet to someone else who needs an amazing vet
