I am incredibly disappointed with the service- after years and years of using this company across multiple locations, the service we have received over the last 12 months has been appalling. We are very loyal to companies, but the utter lack of responsibility taken by this business when maintaining our pool was disgraceful. I would never recommend them in the future.
Have been coming here for just over two years after moving into the area and have been so impressed. Besides the usual water tests, advice and services, our old pool robot has needed repair a couple of times lately. This was when they really blew me away with their customer service and genuine desire to help as quickly (and affordably) as possible. Thanks guys!
Always a great visit. Very professional staff who care about what they do. The range is impressive and the prices competitive.
