Excellent car-buying experience! My son and I came to Karakas Auto to find a used vehicle for his first car. OG's customer service was exceptional, he was knowledgeable and very fair. There were no pressure tactics and no games. Mehmet, the general manager, was also very helpful and kind. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
I took my Acura to Karakas Auto for a full inspection and safety certification. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a red flag—the first thing they said to me was, “Which scrapyard did you get this from?” They charged me $2,200 for so-called “repairs” that were either never done or done incorrectly.
