Kara took her time to get to know me and what I was there for and then we started a plan !!
Well I'm not sure if this will apply to everyone but for me. When I need to see anyone in the medical field Doctor or Nurse. I have a bit of anxiety but I was definitely impressed with the way everyone treated me with kindness and made me feel comfortable, that I was welcome like I belonged. I would like to give everyone there 10 Stars if possible. I love the care team and Kara herself, as well as my surgeon, Dr. Pokala. They always explain every detail very well and talk to me like they are proud of each step I take.
