Kara is a great massage therapist. She takes the time to understand my needs, where I am in pain today... and she truly hopes to help bring wellness to me. She uses all of her tools of massage, cupping and hot stones to bring relief. I highly recommend!

The fact that she is a master of both disciplines makes her a highly valuable and cherished resource. Kara is simply the best! A true healer, Kara is very attentive and in tune with my needs, always reflecting on past treatments and asking for input moving forward. She truly takes a holistic view, working my whole body and using a wide variety of approaches that make me feel transformed with each massage. I've been seeing her for a few years now, have followed her to various venues, and am so grateful for her continual help as my body changes, our special connection, and her healing touch. The best massage I have ever received! Kara’s able to know exactly what you need and I always feel incredible when I leave. My structure feels aligned and muscle aches completely gone. If you want to have intuitive massage with talking, she is also is incredibly gifted at knowing what needs to be said and truly helps to guide the session with perfect conversation. I absolutely would recommend Kara to anyone. She is a true healer!!
