Dr. Brooks knows me and sees me. She is thorough and listens to my concerns and questions. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure I understand and am comfortable with leaving until our next visit.
I didn't even get to meet the doctor as the front desk staff was so rude I had to leave. First they called and told me to be there at 7am. She made it a point to tell me 3 times to be there at 7 to fill out paperwork as a new patient. I show up at 7 to a dark, locked office. I waited around for almost 10 minutes before I started looking around to see if I was in the right place. A very nice lady lead me on to the waiting room and said they would be in shortly. Dr. Brooks and staff were friendly and the wait was short. Dr. Brooks has excellent bedside manner and explained a procedure in detail that I need. Highly recommend
Another doctor who has no respect for my time. If I am schedules for an appointment then I expect the appointment to start on time. If I were 30 minutes late, you would cancel my appointment. I expect the same respect.
