1st time visit. Perfect deep tissue massage. Excellent technique & pressure. Kara checks if pressure is OK throughout the massage. Incorporated critical stretching. Heated table! Heats up the lotion also. Terrific relaxing music. Very competently priced. It is obvious Kara is a deeply committed professional. Absolutely returning for more healing therapy.

I've been going to Kara for since 2011. I am an endurance runner - mostly half marathons raising money for cancer research for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training and Kara's outstanding sports modality is largely responsible for keeping me going without a significant injury. Kara is a wonderful therapist. I've had difficulties with lower back pain associated with tight hamstrings. After a few visits, I am able to move more freely and experience a lot less pain than before. Massage therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports massage, and stretching. She works with many athletes, professional and amateur. I really recommend her stretches as it will make you feel like a whole new person and 10 years younger!
Kara is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had work on me. She is very knowledgeable about the body and can tailor her massage to any number of specific issues. She has given massages to every member in my family as we all have had different athletic injuries. We have benefited from her massage services greatly! I highly recommend her!
