I have been fortunate enough to be Dr Deaver Chang’s patient for 12 years! Recently I had a hysterectomy and even though she wasn’t the Dr that performed my surgery she went out of her way to check on me in the hospital. She sat with me for 45 minutes the day after my surgery to talk about how I was doing, what was found , and to just be there for me. I never write reviews but Dr. Deaver couldn’t have been the most perfect doctor to have delivered my baby. Although she was not my primary OB, she executed my delivery flawlessly. Her friendly and relatable bedside manner coupled with her knowledge and expertise really helped quell all the anxiety I had as a Black woman in labor. She is a fantastic provider and I have already recommended her to pregnant mamas I know!
