I had a disappointing experience today. I requested extractions and a deep cleaning, but they recommended a Signature Facial instead. However, I didn't receive any deep cleansing or extractions. On the plus side, the facial massage was quite good. The aesthetician repeatedly discussed how severe my acne scars are and suggested additional treatments for scarring, which I am already undergoing. I visited due to knee pain caused by arthritis, and I am very grateful that my symptoms improved significantly after receiving acupuncture ,cupping treatment and massages from Dr. Lee. All of the staff were also very kind and professional.

We’ve visited twice and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish both times. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, with calming music, soft lighting, and a beautifully clean environment that immediately puts one at ease. The staff are incredibly professional and welcoming.
