I had a disappointing experience today. I requested extractions and a deep cleaning, but they recommended a Signature Facial instead. However, I didn't receive any deep cleansing or extractions. On the plus side, the facial massage was quite good. The aesthetician repeatedly discussed how severe my acne scars are and suggested additional treatments for scarring, which I am already undergoing.
