My brother’s been ill for awhile. Smith gave him a memory test that was bogus. She asked him 3 questions at the beginning of the visit. At the end, he was able to remember one answer. He could not remember the word “church”. She prompted him to remember by saying to him “ it’s a building you go to on Sunday “. Who wouldn’t say “church”? She did that with another answer and as a teacher, I know that skews the answers. She wasted my brother’s time after making sure he felt as if he was wasting hers. I’ve been seeing Ms. Smith since January 2024, in that time she has 100% listened to my concerns, we’ve been able to figure out what medications worked best for me after trialing some for a few months at a time. She has informed me of each medication’s pros and cons along with the side effects of each. She takes time to sit and actually listen and discuss the best course of action and is very transparent about what options there are and what comes with those options. Just poor treatment of patients and show no empathy in her care. She seem to blow off patient symptoms as well
