The company can’t service anything they make. They lie about everything. You can’t rely on there products. They can’t listen to you because there are to busy lying to you. I can’t believe they are still in business.

Kar-Tech is Awesome! A customer sold me a random crane that had been sitting in their yard for over a decade and the remote had been lost! They just wanted it out so they sold it to me with the trailer for $500 (SDP Easy-Hauler 2500) SDP cranes wanted $7k for their OEM remote and Kar-tech sold me an upgraded wireless remote with WIFI and diagnostics for $1200! Got everything functioning well! Couldn’t be more pleased! Hassan with Customer support is amazing!
