(4.5 stars) Fading original motel signage from the Kar-Rama Motel’s sixty year tenure on Mildura’s Sturt Highway motel strip has been preserved. The original motel is otherwise almost completely unrecognisable, bar for the architectural bones of two original wings. After being sold in 2022, it has had a Palm Springs-inspired, mid-century modern makeover, before reopening as Kar-Rama Hotel earlier this year. Amazing stay, rooms were clean, bed was a great sleep. Staff were amazing and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

An absolute 5-star experience from check-in to check-out. The bed was spectacular - so comfortable - as great as any 5-star Sydney hotel. Wonderful amenities, everything was just like the photos. Lovely staff. Shower had great water pressure. 10/10 would stay again.
Had a fantastic experience staying at Kar-Rama hotel. The service was lovely with complimentary lemon water, and non-alcoholic drinks on arrival. Checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. The rooms were tidy and loved the 80’s vibe so much. Location was great right on the main road and a short walk to shops, cafes and the Murray river. Will definitely stay here again
