Went to see a used vehicle. Rep helping me was useless. Asked him questions and all he stated was that he didn’t know. It was his job. Asked him about the car fax and said the problem could be anything like hitting by a kid on a bike, when it clearly stated in carfax that it had a collision. Told him i wanted to make sure the vehicle was good in regard to the motor, he stated they wont check it anymore. That it is what it is basically. Being pushy and clearly not his day. Went to Main Street Autoplex to check out a truck they had listed online on behalf my husband First red flag was we where told there would be a soft pull on the credit check until we finalize any purchase, not even twenty minutes later he was notified that a hard credit pull was reported and his score was dropped 9 points ( just principal on the matter) Was told the price was firm because of the amount of "reconditioning" they did to the truck however Roland -the sales manager- stated both the alternator and the AC compresso... read more
