I just talked to the owner I took my truck back six times for them to fix for the same drive shaft donut, they replaced two of them and now he's telling me to take it somewhere else. I will never recommend them again. They buy garbage parts from AutoZone and they expect in the last. Now he's telling me to go to the GM dealership and buy the right part. That's a first.
I was having problems with another mechanic trying to diagnose my box truck, with noise and vibration; I spent $2,100 and wasn't resolved. So I drove by KAR depot and had a feeling these guys might be able to help me out. I stopped in and the mechanic went with me on a drive and knew exactly what the problem was. He was able to fix it the next day at a reasonable price. I am forever grateful for stopping there. I would highly recommend these guys!
Bought a 09 Honda Accord. Had a couple issues but just asked them to fix the problem and they did it 0 problems. Very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend just make sure you know a little about cars.
