Very pleased with Kaleb and his crew who installed an etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver on my car. Placed the order and scheduled the service a few days in advance by phone. They took us in right on time and finished promptly within the hour. It was clear that they were very experienced with hitch installations, and were very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them and plan to use them for other car-related services.
When a “DYI” hitch installation ended up being beyond my capabilities (my garage needed a lift and two other people!), KAR bailed me out. Kaleb was able to fit me in with only a day’s notice, and he and Kevin got the hitch in within 40 minutes. And the price was very fair. Needless to say, I’m very pleased.
