Had a few issues before, when I got my first RV 3 1/2v years ago, when that place was called Eastview RV which ended up being resolved after a while. Now named "KAPUSKASING RV", and under new ownership, with some of the same staff, my experience has been way better for my second purchase (29 FOOT BULLET SUPREME). Sylvie the salesperson, answered all of our questions on and off business hours, before abd after the buy. She gave us good service, and gave us what we wanted with our RV. Nous étions parti pour un long voyage en partance du Québec et nous avons perdu une barre de torsion. Chez Kapuskiping nous avons eu un service 5 étoiles, malgré que nous sommes arrivés pas loin de l'heure de fermeture. Merci pour l'excellent service.
