If I could I’d give it a 0 Receptionist was completely rude to my partner after finding out the appointment was for a new patient, not explaining anything. Disgusting behaviour!
Consistently has been a good practice over many years. Sure there are a lot of different doctors but it's good to suit different personalities. I prefer the younger doctors who are light hearted and can have a joke because the family has complex issues, so it feels like a weight off when we can have a bit of a laugh and joke about life, when you're talking about heavy situations that are often life changing. So if you first go and don't find a good fit for your family, speak up, tell the girls and they will happily help you ... read more
