I had a shuttle pick up at the airport for September 29. The pick up went fine but the driver was new and did not his way around Las Vegas and spent more time than it should have to get to our destination. We were dropped off in some alley and told this where we would be picked up which was not true. The return driver was excellent and got us to the airport in no time. Maybe you need to plae an experince driver with some one new until they know all the routes. Our drop off was at the Horseshoe and pick up
