Very polite, accommodating, and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the pesticides used. I have pets so I was most concerned. Trevor, definitely took care in explaining how the process works, what he looks for, and anything I can potentially do to also help prevent pests as well. I.e. remove old decaying wood that bugs love to live in. Definitely recommend using Kapture.
Trevor was the technician and did a thorough analysis. We appreciated his expertise on the issue. He explained to us on how the problem could be resolved. He also gave us some insight on the situation.

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star review because after paying an initiation fee to have a 1 year contract at a set price I received a phone call from Sam to let me know he was almost doubling my rate after being a customer for 7 months. It is unfortunate becuase all of the technicians that have come out are great but unfortunately I will no longer be using this company after my 1 year contract is up. Very disappointing.
I highly recommend Kapture. They are quick to address any issues and everyone is so nice. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional as well. Steven was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable, all around great!
