Matt was very thorough and brought us to the rear of our house and indicated a medium size entry point for critters to enter the house. This is most likely the place causing the situation in the house. Without Matt's expertise we would have never known how this problem occured. Great experience and strongly recommend Kapture Pest Control for ANY critter situation you may be presented with in your home. Thank you Kapture Pest Control and Matt!
We had a mouse, so figured we might have more , we called Kapture. Justin came the next morning. He explained what he was doing , where and why. Justin was very thorough and respectful . We hardly knew he was there because He worked quietly. Justin projected a good image for Kapture, whom I recommend and will use their services again , if need be.
Brandon was great , very respectful , followed all of my instructions on where to spray
Justin did a very thorough job in removing 3 wasps' nests at my parents' house. It was a real problem because they were just outside their front door. My poor 91yo dad was stung several times and had to go to the ER twice in one weekend! Thankfully, Justin removed everything, then inspected and treated the entire exterior of their home.
