I would give this company one star, but they did answer the phone every time I called. I had door-to-door salesman come to my house twice in the same day to sign me up with what was a good price. Had a tech at my door 3 days later. First impression was that he wasn't very knowledgeable, that turned out to be spot on. He used a dust brush on an extender stick to clean cob-webs on the exterior of my house.
