Two people showed up with a relatively small vacuum cleaner and a couple of bottles of shampoo. I expected a steam cleaner with a strong vacuum equipment. Our sofas were in good shape but wanted to have them thoroughly deep cleaned since our move. The team cleaned ONLY the surface using spray bottles and a brush. Worked on two full size sofas for about 40 minutes and suggested I vacuum clean them after they are dry. I would not recommend KK Carpet cleaners for upholstery cleaning.
We had Kaptain Kleen come clean the carpets and area rugs for our church, and they are back to looking almost brand new! They even removed some set in cherry stains from cherries being tracked in over a few weeks. We were very happy with the service, timeliness, professionalism, and price. Very affordable! We will be using Kaptain Kleen again.

I have a light colored Berber carpet in my basement that was stained so badly I thought it would have to be replaced. Thanks to Kaptain Klean the stains are gone! It’s just unbelievable and they are the best. I highly recommend.
