I've been here a few times for drop and hooks, those are easy. Last time I got here with 5 trucks ahead of me and still managed to get loaded in under 2 hours.
I picked up a load of paper rolls. I had a professional and friendly interaction with the Shipper and was loaded immediately following my check-in. I would be more than happy to pick up a load here again.
Have your trailer number and five digit pick up number ready. I pulled up and only two others in front of me. Staff is nice and professional. Hopefully, I don’t have to wait very long to get the trailer loaded.
Horrible place. Huge line of trucks, come beforehand. They have lost of trucks and only one unloading door lol.
