Great experience at WestRock Appointment: 8:00 AM Checked in: 6:30AM 🤝Friendly, polite, and professional staff. Unloading took about 10 min no restroom. Overnight parking available. For drivers: If you’re delivering a load, don’t waste time. Go to Gate 15 leave your bills at the back of your trailer, park, and they’ll take care of the rest automatically. Highly recommend this place!
Usually I pick up preloaded trailers here. I just had a live load. 4 hours wait. They said they loaded it wrong and had to redo it. I can not drive all the way tonight from loss of hours. Wasted time. Also I was washing my truck there by hand and my hands were dirty. They refused to let me wash my hands. Rudely.
