This is no longer West Rock. It is Triangle Whs. Do not look at the WestRock reviews. DO NOT GO TO THE BACK LOT! You will get stuck, as the gate is closed and they don't use that part anymore. There are 12 docks at the front of the building at the entrance. There is a man door to the left of the docks, just under the shipping and receiving sign where you go to check in. 1400 appointment, arrived at 1230 with paper rolls. In a door immediately and unloaded and empty by 1250. They have you help remove slip mats and boards from inside trailer. Shipping and receiving check in is at the Southwest corner of the building.
Nice place. Unloaded ASAP night parking available plenty of space. Paper rolls unloading at the door near the trailer yard.
