Bought a camper cover and website misleading. Says 10-12 feet size but this is the bottom of the camper not overall length. They never wanted to pay for return even thought I bought a second to replace..

Ordered online, not only is there shipment SEVERAL days late, but now that I got another one elsewhere, they refuse to cover return costs? Not sure how this is fair, was not expecting this. Not happy...
I found the company to be kind of a sleazy company..Greed is greater than customer satisfaction with this company. If you can buy from a more reputable company I would suggest you do so. I dealt with them through Amazon and never again...You have to pay the shipping to return products that are damaged which they conveniently don't tell you when you are shopping for the product. Found them on Amazon and was so happy to find them local. Went in the store de-ann helped us find the right trailer cover at an amazing price. Highly recommend this place
