Ordered a binimi extension which arrived defective and they want me to pay for the shipping back! They MAY compensate me for shipping when they receive the product if I follow up with them with shipping info. Product was supposed to be 67" X 67" square. You can see the actual dimensions in photos. I took one original photo and requested a refund and packed it all up. That was not good enough for them. I had to unpack it all and take more photos now I will have to pack it up again! I will never buy from this company again.
We are not having a very favorable experience with customer service in trying to get the customer service that was the motivation for us to purchase an RV cover from KapscoMoto. It has been an experience the likes of which I have never witnessed in 20+ years of being a purchaser by profession as well as a consumer in many avocations. At this point I will reach out directly to the manufacturer advising them of how they are being represented. Our Kapsco customer Service agent was Marcus. Shame is all I can say.
