Serious Safety Hazard – Avoid This Lift/Stand I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel I need to warn others. The Venom Scissor Lift Stand I purchased from Kapscomoto turned out to be a serious safety hazard. While I was lowering my motorcycle on the stand during normal use, the 22 mm bolt snapped. This is a critical load-bearing bolt, and when it failed the stand suddenly gave way and my bike almost collapsed on top of me. I was extremely lucky to avoid getting injured. While installing the wind screen I purchased, one of the bolts for the fork clamps broke off. I tried and tried to find a replacement online and offline but to no avail. Frustrated and broken, I wrote to KapscoMoto for help, and they sent me a whole set of fasteners right away with no charge! Totally impressed with the courtesy and services!
I am very impressed with the telephone service at Kapscomoto. First I called to ask about an item they were selling on different platforms and was advised to use the platform that gave me the best price. I then emailed because I was having trouble cancelling an item from my cart.(I am not the most skilled in simple smart phone usage, lol) I was promptly given a helpful reply . And this great customer service was given to me by by a polite customer focused HUMAN
I ordered from Kapsco on 24 November. I received tracking information that the package was shipped UPS. A tracking number was provided. UPS has no record of this tracking number. I have yet to receive my order. Kapsco does not answer the phone consistently. The communication from Kapsco is awful. I have been told two different stories on the same day. No delivery updates exist. They do not even know where the package is. Absolute gong show.
Bought a camper cover and website misleading. Says 10-12 feet size but this is the bottom of the camper not overall length. They never wanted to pay for return even thought I bought a second to replace..
