Fantastic service. We had a switch go down, making the network inaccessible for all of our computers at our office. Kapricorn programmed a new switch, and their tech (John) drove 4 hours that afternoon to our office install it that evening and made sure everything worked fine. It was a real lifesaver!

A company I do work for purchased a dental office that had been a client of Kapricorn for over 20 years. When kapricorn was asked to assist their longtime customer with preparing a pc to be given to the purchasing practice, they refused to help the dentist and his wife, despite being under a paid contract to do so. No worries tho, we got it done!
