Why would I buy from anyone else?! Shout out to Steve who provided a geniune concierge experience when I went to Kappy's with a rather minor need. I didn't spend a lot but got treated like I was a millionaire. You can tell that customer relationship is a core value. I know where I'll go for my next jewlery need and you should too!
