We live in Wyoming and do not have a Porsche Dealership. Kapp's did an outstanding job from beginning to end. From being able to make an appointment online to ensuring we could make it on time, to double-checkig everything was done right knowing we would be driving a few hours back was a breeze. Not to mention, the pre scheduled checklist of all the work to be done for confirmation and the carfax update of work performed was something unexpected but very welcomed. It was very impressive and I will be back for sure.
Kapp’s auto is a top notch shop, just like everyone on these review’s list doesn’t trust just anyone with there car they made sure you take that uncomfortable feeling away, very professional I will definitely bring back my Audi rs3 for any future problems.
These guys are amazing and honest. I always worry about having someone else work on my car besides myself. I was pleased to find kapp European because of there communication, honesty (they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need), and extras. I took my car in for an oil change and they went above and beyond topping off my fluids and air and expecting problems they noticed for know extra charge.thanks guys
