The staff members at Kapp's are very friendly. The wait times for an oil change are quick and they have a nice waiting room work snacks and free Wi-Fi. They take good care of my car and I feel like they are a good, honest company.
I had such a great experience at Kapps! They were able to diagnose an issue with my car that multiple dealerships couldn’t figure out. Everyone was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional, and their prices were amazing. I’m so grateful for their service and will definitely be taking my car back here in the future.
Really smart guys who perform miracles. I had a difficult time crunch leaving on a trip. They fit me in miraculously and all I can say is God Bless America and God bless Sam and his team!
