Astonishing sushi for Central Florida. This is something you'd find in LA or NYC - not in a small strip mall next to White Castle and WaWa not far from Walt Disney World. The food is sublime. Truly magnificent. Worth the cost (which is high). The service was excellent. Kind, discreet, humble, and helpful. The hidden gem for me was the small beer selection - what a delight! Beers I'd never heard of and flavors I'd never tried before. Definitely a gem in Orlando. Highly recommend.
