Was booked for 2 weeks , offered double book and addition $25 on top of the copayment for that only to get a refill. Shame on you.
Dr Kappeler my Dr for many years and as much as I like my insurance I would switch it before I switch Dr Kappeler always can depend on him and Melissa to be there

I have had major non-curable health conditions over the years, and Keith Kappeler did a superb job at dealing with them. He is a knowledgeable, kind yet humble man who organizes and runs his practice wisely and well. He always found good in bad situations. His positive attitude is enviable. Nobody lives forever, but before I go I want to let people know that the world needs more doctors like Mr. Kappeler. Thank you sir, for a job well-done.
Fairly new to this practice. Experienced seamless visits from phone appointment to office visit with Dr. Kappeler. The office runs smoothly and the staff listen. This is great since I was in another practice which was chaotic and not particularly patient centered.
Dr. Kappeler has been my primary doctor for years and I’ve been very pleased with the care I’ve received under him. I have recommended him to family and friends over the years and I plan to continue selecting an insurance plan that Dr. Kappeler accepts. Melissa, his office manager is very efficient and personable.
Keith is a compassionate doctor who takes the time to explain things to you without rushing or assuming you understand. Highly recommend
Moved to Clearwater from Cleveland, OH a few months ago where I went to Cleveland Clinic for all my medical services for decades. When I landed my sister highly recommended her Doctor and I saw him yesterday for my first visit. Wow, was I impressed! He was professional, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, explained everything in layman’s terms and didn’t look at his watch one time!
