First, I did not know much about this company. We were trying to move our elderly aunt from Oklahoma to Louisiana and spoke with a company called Gold Standard Moving and Storage who subcontracted Kappa trucking. I was told by Gold Standard that they would contact me within 24 hours and that did not happen. I was eventually contacted by Kappa and we agreed on them coming Monday.
