I have hosted at least half a dozen events through Kapow over the years and host dozens upon dozens of major corporate events for my company each year, but Kapow's quality has hit rock bottom. I recently worked directly with a rep to organize a virtual wine tasting and follow-up has been so slow that it took nearly a month to get the vendor's availability for a date and then shipping information and event details were so poorly communicated that I am now having to send guests directly to FedEx offices to chase down undeliver... read more
