I have used their service several times and all the times that I have used their service they have been fabulous and very professional in everything they do. Simmi is such a wonderful person and she gives you all her ears and eyes when you are discussing your case with her. She has always given me the best advise possible and she has always been very considerate and respectful in all our conversation and she is always on the target.
They are very unprofessional, they lack empathy and they will terminate representing you if you defend yourself to them. I woke with simmi for 6 months and in the 6 month I’ve always paid what amount that was asked of me. I always answered emails & phone calls. They sent me a form to sign I wasn’t in the country and my flight got delayed when I got back to Canada they reminded me to sign the form and take pictures of my ID I did exactly that.
