I did a zoom follow up for my sleep study and I am curious why he wanted me to open my mouth on camera to show him my tonsils (which I declined) then proceeded to tell me my sleep index was in a normal range. I asked if he was worried my tonsils were enlarged or the cause for any sleep issues and he said no, it's standard procedure to see if my mouth is “crowded”. The office secretary isn't the best but it's shared between Kapoor and Gangnam. I had Gangnam for my youth years, she was good and Kapoor is great as well. Good service, sometimes calls can be hard though
Very hard to get ahold of anyone at the office. My CPAP machine isn't strong enough but he didn't tell me I needed to take extra steps to get a bipap machine. So right now I am in limbo as I can't get ahold of him to find out how to get a bipap machine since the store where I got the loaner CPAP said they don't have any bipap machines in my city. Everytime I call dr Kapoor's office there is no answer and if the answering machine picks up it says they don't take messages. I have to now sleep in a chair til this is resolved.. ... read more
