It was a pretty place, we attended my son and daughter in law's wedding on June 8th. I however have to give such a low rating because the air conditioning was broken. They had portable (small inefficient ones at that) air conditioners, they were not doing their job very well. The wedding turned out pretty great I think besides that. Which is a huge thing when people are dressed up in suites and gowns, you definitely need ac.
Our event planner Jasmen was incredible! We were able to have access to this beautiful space and were lucky to find management that was so flexible in adapting to our needs. We'd highly recommend this venue for any event as it has everything needed to create a memorable occasion.
We was for the wedding. The place looks nice. The only problem in ballroom the AC was no function correctly was very hot . The food was good and the service was good.
Great experience! Everyone on staff was a pleasure to work with, and Kapok was able more than able to handle our event. Load in was easy, the grounds were so interesting and exotic...just can't say enough good stuff about our experience the other night!
