I left an honest/polite assessment. However, the site didn't send my remarks. Here is a BASIC evaluation •barked pre-surgery directives while I was groggy from a medicated, sleepless night recovering from a prior emergency procedure to stop internal hemorrhaging. •curt, defensive when I asked him about his background (not a good sign when Dr. won't disclose experience), and said I could "look up his credentials." •disturbing bedside manner. •please, I'm not being condescending, but I'm blessed with a family of kind MD's, DVM... read more
Following a CAT scan, the staff went out of their way to contact me about a very necessary procedure and because of that, probably saved my kidneys. Dr. Kapner is a no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it -is Urologist. He took the time to explain the procedure and its causes and he took the to call my wife and explain the situation a second time. I would recommend him without hesitation.
I am not happy with the service I received from Dr. Kapner. He was not at all consultative about my condition and he actually answered his cell phone in the middle of one of my visits which I couldn't believe. In my follow-up visits, he didn't want to answer questions and was walking out of his office when I still had questions. This guy is extremely rude and I would not recommend anybody visit his practice. My last visit I was literally there for 60 seconds.
Dr Kapner was on time, respected my schedule, and was tactful. He explained everything to me and was thorough. I appreciated how I was treated me and that he did not waste my time. I waz in and out and I got the answers I needed. I will definitely go back to him though he states I don't need to.
Dr, Kapner is a doctor that really cares about his patients. He takes time to listens to you and is never in a hurry. I would and have recommended him.
