So far I have been impressed. The staff is really nice, and Dr. Kaplin has been great. We started coming when my son was only 6 because he had a small mouth and was losing teeth early. Our dentist (also an ortho place) was pushing for him to get a pallet expander and made it sound urgent. Dr. Kaplin was less pushy and told us he didn't actually need it. He would need braces in the future regardless. He checked my son periodically (at no expense to us), and started braces at almost 9 (all baby teeth lost). I feel like he's be... read more

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kaplin and his entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and caring, and they made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my visit. They repaired my permanent retainer at a very fair price and provided a new removable retainer at a great value—I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and honesty.
