I stopped in unannounced concerned for my safety due to concerns with steering wheel. They immediately put it up and thoroughly looked. They even drove it around and validated my concerns. While I waited he made calls on the spot to find good prices. He sincerely spent time to discuss it is the rutters but not pushing to book. He understood my finances and I will go back to get it done by Kaple.
Great people and great shop! We were pulling a travel trailer and something was clicking and sounded like trouble. We set up the camper and got a recommendation for Kaples. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon with the car and Richard and the owner Todd looked at it right away. It seems that two of our lug nuts were dangerously loose and the tire was almost ready to fall off. Not only did they fixed it swiftly but checked all the tires for us!
