This is a reckless business where it could harm and hurt your business. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and careless team. It seems like they don’t have adequate management at this place. We tried 2 different agents over the phone one is so careless even she was eating while we were talking and the second one sounded knowledgeable and it was just one phone call and after that he disappeared for almost 10 days. They either need to step up and do their job or shut it down.

My experience with Kaplansky Insurance’s Needham branch has been disappointing—slow responses, limited support, and frequent staff turnover have hurt service quality. I hope management addresses this promptly; if not, I may escalate concerns through the company’s regional office and the Massachusetts Division of Insurance.
No one works in the office. All remote. No response for simple things. Have to keep calling. Worse place to deal with.
They don't pick up the phone or return calls in a timely manner. Go elsewhere if you want any customer service.
