Most incompetent people I have ever met. I call and it’s we are short handed can’t help you! Are you kidding me? Everyone is short handed. I’m short handed at work and can’t make enough commission but I still have to pay them. Easy and straight forward. When you call ask for Angelica, she’s great. She puts in the effort most won’t.
Tried to call and get an insurance quote. Both times the person who answered the phone sent me in a phone system loop which ended up disconnecting me. They came recommended by a friend. I’ve since told that friend to stop recommending them. If you can’t even get someone on the phone when you’re trying to purchase something new, I can only imagine what it’s like if you need support as an existing customer. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
