Very rude woman who worked there made unfounded accusations pertaining to my brother & I having the same car, make , year , & model. Saying we both registered the same vehicle? Which made no sense. But she said we couldn't fool her because she was from " Somerville". Lol , cancelled.
We had problems with Teresa and Mary in customer service because of a computer glitch didn’t process a policy change and the refused to accept any responsibility or apologize to us.
