On Thursday, March 7, we walked in to the Elyria store. For close to 10 minutes, there was no one in sight, even after we voiced several loud "Hellos". When the woman did come up front, She answered 1 question, and told us she'd be right back, and disappeared, again. When she finally returned, we were still waiting to speak to her, but she immediately went over to another couple that had entered the store. Well run stores. The Manager's know what they're doing in regard to customer service and satisfaction, the Sales team and Design service are top notch!!!
