My Daughter is a out of state student @TCNJ, recently her Honda CRV back door got jammed in open position. I called Kaplan’s about possibly being able to service car . The owner could not have been more professional and reassuring. He told me to tell my daughter to bring car in whenever she could. The next day car was brought to Kaplan’s and the mechanic repaired car within minutes. The shop also extended a courtesy no charge since the repair was so simple.
