Dr. Kaplan is such a caring gentle Doctor. He takes his time with you, he listens and connects with you as his patient. He has very knowledgeable in his field. He responds to you quickly if ask a question on the portal. He is one of the best.

Dr. Kaplan is an excellent doctor who truly listens and cares. He is very knowledgeable yet humble. He is not a doctor who simply hands out pills. He keeps up with the conditions his patients have which includes having bloodwork done and follows up on it. I once received a phone call and was sent to the hospital because of results which were found by having bloodwork he ordered. Very thorough on all counts! I am grateful he is my doctor!

Helped save my life in 2020. Blood results came in and they called me right away to get to a hospital. Great care all the way through. Great doctor and clinical staff!

Dr Kaplan is a thorough doctor very knowledgeable however since they joined/were taken over by atrium health care the practice is a joke, hrs wait time on hold to be told they will get back to you wich could and has taken days! I miss dr baum

He might be ok but the office is a joke. Had a prescription request sent to the office around 1pm that needed pcp approval for a fairly urgent back issue. Hours later nothing. Called multiple times and no one is helpful. Now it’s after 5. Answering service also not helpful just says they have no contact with the doctor and wait until Monday. Why do I need to call that disorganized office multiple times to make sure they are doing their job? This happens constantly with them. Not a rare occurrence. It’s definitely time to swi... read more
